Peace Building and PCVE

We work with communities to manage conflict before they escalate. A cornerstone of our work is strengthening relationships and building trust within and across communities, identity groups, and authorities so that they can work together to achieve common goals. We also provide training in interest-based negotiation and mediation so conflicts can be resolved locally and peacefully. We also work to transform the norms, attitudes, and institutions that enable conflict focusing on strengthening good governance practices by helping local government and communities work together to tackle some of the biggest drivers of conflict.

Skills and Economic Empowerment

We are committed to promoting skills development and economic empowerment among young individuals. Through our initiatives, we aim to increase their access to financial services, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and employment skills training. By providing these opportunities, we strive to empower young people to thrive in today's rapidly changing job market and contribute to the economic growth of their communities.

Food Security and Livelihood

we are dedicated to replacing negative reinforcement loops with positive feedback loops that promote prosperity and well-being within communities. By engaging with communities, implementing targeted interventions, and measuring impact, we can break free from poverty traps and create lasting change. Through our collective efforts, we aim to empower communities to thrive and build a brighter future.

Health and Nutrition

we are committed to ensuring sustained access to life-saving maternal, newborn, and child health and nutrition services, including adolescent health and well-being. By increasing access to quality sexual health services and eliminating harmful practices, we aim to improve health outcomes, reduce mortality rates, and promote overall well-being. Through our collective efforts, we strive to create healthier communities and empower individuals to lead healthier lives.

Child Protection and SGBV

We are dedicated to protecting children from violence, including sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), and advocating for change. Through prevention measures, response services, advocacy efforts, partnerships, and empowering others, we strive to create safer environments for children. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every child is safe, protected, and able to enjoy their rights free from violence.

Education

We are dedicated to securing quality, equal, and inclusive access to basic education for all children, from early learning to secondary education. We believe in the power of education to transform lives and societies. By addressing barriers to education, promoting inclusivity, and providing education in emergencies, we strive to create a future where every child has the opportunity to receive a quality education and reach their full potential.

Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS)

we are committed to providing comprehensive and effective psychosocial support to individuals and communities affected by crises. By mainstreaming Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) into our programming, we ensure that mental health and psychosocial needs are prioritized and seamlessly integrated into all our interventions. Through needs assessments, program design, implementation, and evaluation, we work towards promoting healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

Governance

We recognize the importance of governance in ensuring effective implementation and accountability for holistic development. Through our governance initiatives, we strive to foster transparency, participation, and good governance practices. By engaging with communities, building capacity, advocating for policy change, and monitoring and evaluating our efforts, we work towards sustainable and inclusive development outcomes that address the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
